in 10 aspects :curriculum development, instructional organization, personal administration, prevision of support, supply procurement, in service training, new staff orientation, service to staff, school community relations and evaluation.
The population in the study comprised 15 teachers in the 2555 Academic year. The tool for collecting data was questionnaire with five point rating scale. The obtained data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation.
Results of the study showed
1.Overall, problems were rated at the low level.
2.By aspect, curriculum development, instructional organization, personal administration, provision of support, supply procurement, in service training, services to staff, school community relation and evaluation were rated at the low level where as new staff orientation was rated at the lowest level
