At next Manager Meeting, I will explain new rules for Oversea Business Trip. Please see the attached file and the brief description of the rules below.
1. What are new rules?
All employees including GM needs to submit the attached “Application Form for Oversea Business Trip” to have approval from management in advance.
2. Who approves the application?
Need to get approval from all below.

3. Why the company sets new rules?
Unexpected incidents such as terrorist attack, airplane accidents, etc. may occur anywhere anytime recently nowadays.
The company needs to know employees’ working schedule especially when they are abroad in order to secure their safety.
