Assist to supervise and manage the Security Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
Support Operation Manager by working with stakeholders to deploy Security Operations strategies and implementation plans.
Resolve escalated issues with the customer
Conduct risk assessments of sites to determine if the operational model is adequate for site integrity
Work with Human Resources as necessary to mitigate workplace issues
Respond to behavioral situations and emergencies as needed
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Security Incident
Provides professional presentation of metrics and reporting.
