Meeting w/Alpla since Jan 26th and agreed in the meeting that effective of new process is Feb 1st, so please kindly support operation on floor smoothly to avoid long loading time and extra charges by vendor to JJ. JJ doesn’t pay extra cost for unloading fee to Alpla since Feb 1st. The intention of new process is to support smooth operation, unloading time, lower cost and improve efficiency of WH staging area.
However, there are still concerns from WH operation about JJ’s pallet pool management so we’d recommended that after 1-2 weeks of new process implementation we’d call meeting for evaluation on the risks/impacts and meantime LF updates any SOP, risks assessment, R/R and others topics (if any).

Sorry for any inconvenience during few days ago, and if you agreed with the above mentioned we’ll call meeting w/Alpla again for sharing evaluation each other after implementation 1-2 weeks. Please kindly help to inform Alpla to do assessment how operation going so far.
