3. Gas in head-space of packages were determined. Percentage of carbon
dioxide and ethylene were checked by using TCD and FID GCs having
Chromosorb 102 and Heyasep N column, respectively.
4. Durian pulp firmness was evaluated using Texture Analyser TA-XT2i
with 2 mm. diameter cylindrical probe.
5. Colour changes were evaluated by using Miniscan XE.
