First of all, I’d like to emphasize that eating a healthy diet will inevitably be more expensive than eating junk or food with empty calories. In Indonesia we can survive by eating packaged ramen noodles that costs $0.20 per pack or fried rice from a side street ($1) , etc. Yes you will be full and can go on with your day, but what are you doing to your body in the long run? You are bombarding your body with chemically-processed foods that will not support optimal health. We should consider that a healthy diet might save lots of money in medical and dental expenses further down the road.
