But seem that your staff didn’t sent one communication mail (as attached) which proved her well understanding for DO pick up & delivery date. & all our team confirmed that verbal communication is always practice & more concentrated especially for special or urgent case. This is our standard practice & It’s very important for our team to control all the job & keep our performance.
This is not the 1st time for human error & kindly take serious to educate your team to handle all our jobs to keep your performance & customer satisfaction too.
For this case penalty is on process to negotiate & waiting the result. I hope that our customer will accept our apologize without any penalty. Pls wait.
Anyway, I did talk with Viwat to set up Monthly performance review since I transferred to support STT. It passed over 3 months but nothing happen. Why?
Pls kindly set up that I ‘d like to see your performance not only KPI & data but would like to see your improvement plan for all abnormality case that before meeting pls kindly confirm all agenda with my team (K. Pattama /K. Rokoy) & prefer to start on the beginning of Nov ’14 onward.
