To better understand how customer views our service so that we can improve our service level, we will make adjustment on our surveys of call service and new media. Please kindly see the details below.

We will make adjustment on our post call survey questions (Pls refer to the attached 'Daily Tally Report 2015'). Please note that:
- Survey question 1: Has / have your problem(s) or enquiry(enquiries) been solved in this call? --- NO CHANGES
- Survey question 2: AMEND the value from "Y/N" to points "1 - 10"
Question script: Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied are you on your experience with this phone service? 10 being very satisfied and 1 being very unsatisfied.
- ADD Survey question 3:
Question script: Based on your experience with this phone service, would you recommend OPPO to your families and friends? 10 being you will definitely recommend OPPO, and 1 being you will not recommend OPPO.
Please mark customer's feedback result in the 'Daily Tally Report'.

The above changes will take effect from 1 February. Please implement the changes and use the new Tally Report accordingly.
