We will receive the inquiries, complaints and applications etc.
The work called “seek” will occur when a thing we don’t know or have to check.
We will use the knowledge bases
Next, let’s look at the work of “Record”.
We will record the contents of handling with a customer for make able to be useful tool and offer a service which suitable services for customers.
At the last, if it is an outbound, there has a work called “Call on the phone”.
It is a work which a company sends the information and work on the investigation or sales.
It can be categorized into these four types for a Agent’s work of Contact Center.
