I would like to remind you that my duty is to contact with my customer and your duty is to contact with your supplier. We can consult with each other to find the best solution or if you have some problem about your health or go aboard , I can help you because we are good friend. Otherwise; both of us should perform our own job.
Regarding to Mr. Ding comment on the below email. Please explain to Mr. Ding that, at first, when Mr. Ding shipped the first cargo from Hualu to my customer, my customer commented that Hualu’ bag had problem and requested Mr. Ding to changed the bag so that we can continue our business. I am surprised that why we still have problem of jumbo bag again. Please understand that, the cost of new bag, our customer pay for it. Why don’t Mr. Ding make the jumbo that my customer can easy to use and easy to discharge the cargo from the container and Hualu can easy load the cargo into the container ?
Frankly speaking to you, I think that my customer feel bad impression that we don’t do anything to help them and I expect that they won’t continue business with us.
