he company, which exports to more than 20 countries around the world, is also featured in a YouTube video created by Barclays. In the video, business development director, Chris Taylor, explains how exporting overseas has helped the brand to thrive.
He said: ‘The main benefits of exporting are that we’ve found that it spreads the risk. When certain markets are up, other markets are down.’
‘A lot of people look at export and it scares them,’ he added. ‘It isn’t scary. It’s hard work, it can be frustrating, but it is worth it because the dividend comes and when you get results and you see the orders coming through after all that work, that’s the reward.’
