PURPOSE

• To monitor and provide information and support in activities associated with the Amway business through telephone and the Internet in order to facilitate and satisfy ABOs / Members / guests when they contact the Amway Call Center.
• To plan, develop and improve team performance to be a modern communication channel in order to meet the requirements for contact personnel effectively.
• To develop and improve Knowledge Management Services (KM) for supporting the organization’s information in order that internal staff are able to provide information to ABOs / Members at a set standard and more efficiently.
