Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
Licensure/Certification: None Required.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive verbal and written information
Knowledge of cultural and perceptual factors that may have an effect on patient treatments and communications.
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to exercise calmness in stressful situations
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to adjust communications to fit the needs and level of understanding of the receiver
Must possess high verbal and written skills in both English and the appropriate language.
