Pumpkin in syrup
Ingredients
pumpkin 300 g.
red lime and water
sugar 1 ½ c.
pandanus 2-3 leaves
water 1 ½ c.
How to
1. Cut the pumpkin lengthwise and cut crosswise again. Try to keep it fairly thick and soak in red lime water.
2. Mix water, sugar and pandanus. Simmer until sugar begins to thicken.
3. Remove pumpkin washed water one time. put in syrup. Simmer about 30-45 minutes. Take toothpick dip pumpkin if cooked sprinkle the sugar down to 2-3 Tablespoon, when the sugar melts it available.
4. Ready to serve.
