Other key accountabilities include:
Perform Payroll and Statutory reporting function (end to end processing) for payrolls.
Execute off cycle payments and unqualified advance payments as per the payroll calendar and process in accordance with the Service Commitment.
Liaise with supervisors and superintendents to ensure payroll data is received on time.
Assisting with payroll accounting activities as required by Supervisor including performance management, training and development or remuneration & benefits.
In order to be considered for the role, you must possess:
Diploma in HR or IT or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft suite; high competency in MS Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written (English preferred).
Knowledge in SAP will be added advantage
Ability to meet tight deadlines against payroll schedules.
