Jail for animal abuse: 2 months for throwing dog from condo
The defendant was charged of causing malicious damage and animal cruelty in violation of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty and Provision of Animals Welfare Act. The sentence was commuted to two years due to Yonlada's confession. The jail term was not suspended (suspend a sentence, suspended prison sentence, suspended jail term), however, as the court wanted tothe case to set an example for animal abusers.
