7.3.1 If the change includes revised documents, all approvers signs on the original document(s) first page footer on Level II documents only. Level III and IV are stamped “Approved Document” in the space provided in the first page footer. Upon approval, the revised document(s) official copies are distributed to affected areas and/or locations. Copies are to be stamped as “Controlled Copy” in the front page. The Documents Master List is updated and copies of the obsolete documents will be retrieved, if applicable. All originals of documents will be retained by Document Control. A copy of the obsolete documents will be retained according to QSP 4.2.4, Records Retention.
