5.1 Education development plan of the company is to determine the direction of development and priorites in accordance to the company’s plan.
Mission of the Company is focused on selling products and the expansion of the company. Therefore, the development of the company should focus on increasing the potential and capabilities of employee by training and define standards of employee’s performance.
5.2 The education gap, the potential of the existing personel and approaches to improvement. The tools used to evaluate GAP,in the present use assessment methods, such as performance and potential evaluation.
