•Building and maintaining relationships with key customers by conducting visits and maintaining regular communication via the telephone, email, etc.
•Following up sales enquiries and identifying/contacting potential customers.
•Providing information about company products and services to current and potential customers within the allocated sales area.
•Being responsible for achieving sales targets (both in volume and margin) and enhancing market share.
•Negotiating prices as well as the terms of sales and service agreements with suppliers.
•Maintaining an awareness of supplier costs and following company guidelines.
•Emphasising product features based on an analysis of customer requirements.
•Providing customers with information regarding product capabilities and limitations.
•Working closely with the technical sales support and regional product management teams.
•Keeping the CRM system fully updated with all relevant sales progress information.
•Travelling within Thailand and to neighbouring countries on a regular basis.
