Thank you for the information you have provided it has given me a great insight to how the Thai do business as appose to Business in the UK. Daniel This is my 1st Business venture over sees and you must understand I need to make sure its right for me and its going to be profitable I am not expecting to get rich over this business but like to know if its worth my while.
I have had several business in UK such as Accident claims business and most recent an Indian Restaurant. I recently retuned from Bangkok and Pattayya and loved it and a saw potential, So I decided I like to start a running business likes yours and then expand with other ideas I have in the near future.
Daniel your business is my 1st enquiry so sorry to throw all these questions as you ...
If the manager does 90% of the work how do you ensure that the money can not be stolen or other matters to that affect since you are not there most of the time?
Just read through it again and pretty much you covered the financial side of it. can you shed more light on the Business lease? what is the Legal Thai business? how will I be protected, is there any insurance on assists or the business?
Will the visa issue be a simple process since I am a British national?
And over all what's the net annual profit?
Sorry to bombard with these questions , as i'm sure you would of done the same when you started your venture Abroad:)
