In order to achieve customer’s satisfaction in After Sales Market, Service Parts Quality is important thing to be enhanced and maintain from supplier site.
Since the establishment of TMAP-EM, we’ve been working hard towards establishing a better operation for our Service Parts business between TMAP-EM and supplier.
However, your current performance of Service Parts is not acceptable for merchandizing quality as shown in attachment.
Therefore, we strongly request you to highly pay attention for reducing/eliminate problem. Otherwise we will inform your top management for this situation, if there is no improvement by 3 months.
