Roles & Responsibilities :-
Manages projects, working with the Sales team, the Productions teams, customers and outsources that may have differing priorities and working/cultural practices
Creates and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan.
Estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed scope and constraints.
Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensures that deliverables are implemented within these criteria.
Identifies, assesses and manages risks and dependencies to the success of projects.
Effectively manages project team conflicts, and builds collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
Implements effective communication plan and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports.
Manages change control gaining agreement for revisions from project stakeholders.
Ensures that the deliveries of the projects are within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the project management framework.
Helps to maintain the relationships with strategic partners.
