Article 6 (Management of Intellectual Property Rights)

6.1 The Receiving Party shall refrain from reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling in connection with the Confidential Information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

6.2 In the event the Disclosing Party discloses Confidential Information to the Receiving Party, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties hereto, the Disclosing Party does not grant any express or implied right to the Receiving Party to or under any patents, model utility rights, design rights, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”). The Disclosing Party reserves its rights under Intellectual Property Rights.

6.3 If any invention, artifice, design, copyrighted work or other creation is made by the Receiving Party based upon the Confidential Information, the Receiving Party shall immediately notify the Disclosing Party, and the parties hereto shall determine the attribution and handling of the rights including Intellectual Property Rights through mutual consultation.

6.3 ถ้าจะประดิษฐ์ใด ๆ เล่ห์กล ออกแบบ งานลิขสิทธิ์ หรืออื่น ๆ สร้าง โดยยึดตามข้อมูลลับเฉพาะบุคคลรับ ฝ่ายรับจะทันทีแจ้งฝ่ายเปิดเผย และฝ่าย hereto จะกำหนดแสดงและจัดการสิทธิรวมถึงสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาผ่านการปรึกษาหารือซึ่งกันและกัน

6.1 งานปาร์ตี้รับจะละเว้นจากการวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ Decompiling หรือแยกส่วนในการเชื่อมต่อกับข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับเปิดเผยโดยเปิดเผยงานเลี้ยงงานปาร์ตี้รับอนุญาตเว้นแต่ชัดแจ้งโดยกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

6.2 ในกรณีที่การเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับในพรรคพร้อมรับปาร์ตี้เว้นแต่จะตกลงในการเขียนระหว่างทั้งสองฝ่าย ส่วน , เปิดเผย พรรคไม่ได้ให้แสดงหรือโดยนัย สิทธิที่จะได้รับการใด ๆหรือพรรคภายใต้สิทธิบัตรแบบอรรถประโยชน์ สิทธิ สิทธิ การออกแบบเครื่องหมายการค้า ลิขสิทธิ์ สิทธิบัตร ความลับทางการค้า และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่น ๆ ( รวมเรียกว่า " ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา " )การเปิดเผยบุคคลที่สงวนสิทธิของตนภายใต้สิทธิทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

( ถ้ามีการประดิษฐ์ , เล่ห์เหลี่ยม , ออกแบบ , งานลิขสิทธิ์ หรือการสร้างอื่น ๆที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นโดยงานปาร์ตี้รับขึ้นอยู่กับข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับ ที่พรรคจะได้รับทันทีแจ้งการประชุมพรรคและฝ่ายท้ายจะตรวจสอบที่มาและการจัดการสิทธิ ได้แก่ สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาผ่านการปรึกษาหารือซึ่งกันและกัน
