Hi,
This issue might occur due to incompatible or corrupt graphic card drivers. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1:
To uninstall drivers, follow these steps:
a. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)
b. Enter “Device manger” without quotes in the search box.
c. Tap on Device manager.
d. Right-click on the device driver and click Uninstall.
e. Restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
Step 2:
Try to install the drivers by downloading them manually from the manufacturer’s website.
