Regarding to your assignment by Ple San is my assistant, I have analysis and would like to inform you some idea as follows:
1) Sales budget: 4.5-5 mil./month
In this case, we need to set an individual Sales to be responsibility which each Sale have different Sales on duty. Anyway, the total Sales of the month need to cover on Sales budget/month.
In case, please let us discuss more how much of individual Sales’s suitability.
2) NEW Sales: Current and New clients
- Current client: Expand to other section for visiting and approach for business/new product.
Each sale have committed which clients they will try to approach and it’s during on process in regarding to Sales Meeting by Jan 4th.
- New client: Make appointments a minimum 2-3 visiting/week. In case, we will separate Sale grouping for Tele-marketing. (2 persons/1 category+Private relationship is allowance.)
There are 6 categories as see below:
1. Electronics & Electrical Industry
2. Education & Hospital & Services
3. Machinery, Chemicals
4. Automotive Industry
5. Steel, Metal, Plastic
6. Publishing
*** Other appointments by private relationship is allowance. ***
3) REWARD: Sale of the month / Sale of the quarter
For my opinion, any motivation and admiration are important to keep their mind and make them active more.
For Performance Measurement as above method, we need to review whether this method suits for us by quarter. If it isn’t suit, we should to review and find out better method for achieve Sales target.
For Long-term: I think that any individual result of Sale could evaluate yearly by Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as well.
Finally, if you have some idea, please share to me for changing in order to review again. It will be move on to all Sale after we finish our conclusion.
