In practice, all three kinds of Electronic Human Resource Management are intertwined,
but, this classification provides a framework for determining the level of development of the technology, however it does not mean that with the classification of organizations based on the use of electronic human resource we can assess the effectiveness of the technology, obviously there is a distinction between the creation and development of this technology and its application by employees and managers, because the establishment to its actual application is a long-term process (Ruel et al, 2007).
