In addition to a completed DRAFT 2015 Budgets to be provided to owners/management at least 7 business days before meeting. Pls take your time to read this email since it contains important information for you.
You must provide:-
1) 2013 Actuals vs Budgeted -
Budgets, Income Statement and CashFlow Statement
2) 2014 YTD+ Budgets - Actuals vs Budgeted
** All Numbers Must be Apples to Apples **
K Ratchanok and K Chantra
3) 2012-Present - Monthly cash flow position and details of monthly capital injection / loans from affiliated companies/persons / financial institutions. K Pongsak will re-check and confirm Accuracy of numbers.
4) 2013 -2014 Actuals Payroll and All Benefits line-by-line listing All employees, their corresponding wages and benefits on a monthly basis
Pls also present Nov-Dec 2014 and 2015 Budget in the same format (Monthly)
Should there be any promotions, salary adjustment which took place after Thursday, October 30th, without approval of owners, please report to me and K Marisa immediately for re-evaluation. As I spoke to K Chantra on October 30th about this already. Any wages/benefits adjustment deemed inappropriate by the Board will have to re-evaluated or possibly revoked.
We do not want to over-rule your decision. Therefore, please obtain approval from K Marisa AND K Daranee prior to speaking w the employee.

**** Please do not expect 2015 Budgets to be approved on day of budget meeting. I can assure you that there will be amendments. And further additional meetings until all points are resolved.***
The 2015 Budget will not be considered approved by the board until Management has obtained approval signatures for K Kamala, K Marisa and K Daranee on the final copy of 2015 Budget.
