3.5 Statistic Technique
The ordinary least squares (OLS) regression analysis is used to test the hypothesized relationships and estimate factors affecting the mentoring on intention to leave and mediators as; job efficiency, job commitment, and job performance. There were independent and dependent variables in the metric scales. Then, OLS is an appropriate method for investigating the hypothesized association (Hair et al., 2006).
