Dear Khun Tanik Limsirapapha
Please find below comment from our VP Operation, Mr. Horn , for your information and further action.
1- generic
- we need a maid storeroom per floor as standard floor holds 24 keys
- preferably would suggest employee toilets on the floor
- what is the width of the guest room corridors?
2- Standard and superior rooms type:
- need to identify which one is standard and superior and rooms size
- recommend option 1
- twin type:
bedside table in the middle of the two beds (width 550 mm) with only one table lamp
reading lamps needed
TV should be centered middle of the two beds
wardrobe and luggage rack do not need full walls around but can be open type (as per the artist impression for the suite)?
no need to provide a towel shelves and prefer the shelve below the sink
toilet paper holder on the left side of the toilet bowl and water spray on the right
provide hooks on wall
door of shower with towel holder
bathroom door: what type of material used?
- double type:
bed size should be 2m by 2 m
same common comments than for twins
3- Deluxe room type:
- recommend option 2
- suggest coffee and tea facilities on a shelve above mini bar to gain space
- for the twin type same remarks for the beds as for standards rooms
- reading lamps to be provided
- size of bed for king should be 2 by 2 m
- toilets paper holder on the left and water spray on the right
- hooks provided
- coffee table can be a wall mounted one (flap type) to gain space when there are no needs for its use
4- Duplex:
- To our opinion there are no news for the duplex as the hotel provide already for 22 suites
- if owner wants to proceed the option 1 is the one we would recommend; however with a down sizing of space of bathroom to allow more space for the bed room ( reduce space for bathroom, add a dressing table). Bathtub not necessary for CENTRA standard
5- Super duplex type:
- same comments as above, not necessary and do not reflect the brand positioning
6- Suite guest rooms:
- 22 numbers but would keep for long stay, VIPs and convention organizers
- we recommend option 2
- bed size master room is 2 by 2 m
- two bedside tables requested one on each side of the bed and with bedside lamps, and reading lamps
- bathtub for the bathroom is optional for the brand standards (if value engineering is necessary)
7- Design images:
- lighting fixtures may call for alternative
- shelves needed beneath the sink
- no need for TV screen in bathroom (even for suites)
- chair at desk should be on wheel
- bedside table too low and should be provided with storage shelve below
- can the ID present the sample boards for the proposed material and decoration mood at the next TA meeting?
Best Regards
Pramote T
