• Master of Ceremony or/and professional entertainment experience,experience with resorts, cruise lines
• Previous experiences in the touristic environment or animation it is strongly required.
• Ability to provide basic instruction to a large group of people.
• Strong management skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent verbal and written command of the English language, knowledge of another language(s) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
• Innovate thinking to inspire new programs and events.
