In order to quantify the inhibitive effect of
garlic bulb crude extract against F. fulva, different
quantities of the garlic bulb crude extract were mixed in
PDA medium. The data presented in Table 1 indicates that
all concentrations of garlic bulb crude extract were found
to be significantly superior to the control on the inhibition
of F. fulva. At a given concentration (80 mg.mL-1) of
garlic bulb crude extract loaded on the disc increased
inhibition, the diameter of mycelia growth also showed a
