According to Pichai Fish Sauce Co.,ltd. received information statement from your concern the problem of microbiological test was out of spec. in fish sauce (KAN TONG) Then we would like to clarify to you as follow:
1.I have the testing result both of storage tank and FG
(pls. see the attach file)
2. I have the testing result of Coliforms and E.coli since 2009-2015 .In part of Enterobacteriaceae we cancle to test because it was subset of Coliforms, and we have comment from DOF to canceled that parameter in fish sauce quality check.
3. I have the testing result of bottle and cap on QC process in lot that used for your product (pls. see the attach file)
4. In this case we have meeting on this morning, our team discuss it can occurred from contaminated after filling from man machine and method of test because the testing result was bias between Coliforms , E.coli and Enterobacteriaceae.
However our team corrective on this case by cleaning line, machine and rechecked by swab test in filling head / Bottle / CAP / and personnel's hand
5. We were already for prepared the sample for SGS ( 4 Bottles) and for DTS (6 Bottles)
I sent the testing result of 3-MCPD from outer LAB (OMIC) for your record
