Equally important is the way an activity is described. The description should be informative and accurate; it should tell the readers exactly what to expect. But it should do more. It should tell them why they should take part in the activity, why they need it, what it will do for them. The readers’ interest should be aroused to the point that they will want to do something about it. The words should be directed to an individual reader-"you" should appear several times in every description.
