We received the shipment yesterday. But it seems that one parcel has been switched. We only received Pos. 1+2. Pos. 3-5 have not been in the shipment. But we received one parcel with material for Aeroworks Netherlands (see attached commercial invoice). All 3 parcels have been marked with our address and the same AWB no. I guess that the missing material has been shipped to Aeroworks Netherlands. (AWB no. on commercial invoice). According to the tracking of the AWB on this commercial invoice our material has been received by Aeroworks Netherlands this morning.
Please advise how to proceed in this case. Shall we send the material to Aeroworks Netherlands?
