Thank you for your opinion and question. Before I answer your question. I will tell you my opinion.
Firstly I don’t feel comfortable how to improve under table matter. Because some person asked to me is it true
that MD said all under table fee could not permit? So I will inform everybody about my policy again.
I didn’t say such a thing and that is not true. I’m surprised and unconfutable to hear about that from our employee.
So I will inform again.
1) Reduce and finally no pay for under table money to improvement our quality
→That is cost.
2) If customer order or after confirmation from customer, it is OK to pay under table.
→That is advance payment
In addition, as you know about under table receipt isn’t issued. So don’t put money into employee’s pocket.
This is injustice in the society.
That is my policy.
Secondly why do you think this problem happened?
I think there are two matters. one is shortage mutual understanding. Every person is sometimes making mistake
that mean no exist 100%. But strong person sometimes use power harassment when solving problem.
I think by this way never change about situation. And get emotionally envy and fear.
Even if we are strong person, we are not 100% that mean, make a mistake. So considering another person and dialog is very important.
Manager is not policed and employee is not murder.
I think KAT is not like situation. That means one way relationship.
Two is no system for payment under table. Is there any flow as document when happen under table?
I didn’t see any document about that until now. So we cannot protect mistake and injustice.
I think if there are good relationship and system in our company, never occur this kind of problem.
Finally before answer your question, I have one question. I would like to hear answer.

Moo san is import manager and arranges shipping team. And you have much experience in last companies
and do much good connection between custom officers. I think you have good idea to solve problem.
And this matter is very good information to analyze P-D-C-A way.
I have been Thailand only 4 months I don’t know Thai culture everything. This is Japanese way and my way.
