I understand that my team have had communicated and updated IBG-Compliance from time to time in connection with the latest status. Compliance-IBG should have understood the situation and IBBD’s limitation in particular pending documents submitted by the branch. My team members have spent most of the time with longer hours on checking tones of documents to ensure the perfection of relevant documents in the credit files. Hopefully, both Compliance-IBG and HO-ACD have read the required documents from BOT and been aware of tons of documents involved and seriousness of submission incomplete credit files.
By the time that you sent out his mail, I understand that my team has submitted up to 24 accounts (out of 35 accounts) and fully submitted all accounts this evening. All 24 accounts are piling for further process at Compliance-CAU.
