My name is Carsten Degner and I bought a pair of glasses in early January 2014 from your store on my last trip to Khao Lak (stayed at Baan Krating). First I have to say I am highly satisfied, the Varilux glasses work really good. You gave me the advice not to buy the absolute high priced ones but the mediuzm priced – thank you for that advice, they are absolutely sufficient.
>I also have to mention that Family Brueckner which I recommended to your store are really happy with the first bifocal glasses Mr. Brueckner bought, they sent me an email when returned to Germany.
>Now unfortunately the earpiece of the frame is broken. The brand Arrow is not available in Germany, so I can get no spare parts. Is there a possibility for you to send an earpiece to Germany? It would be really a shame to throw the glasses away only because of a small defect. I could pay for that wit h my credit card or pay pal or whatever is o.k. for you.
>I don’t know if you still have my data. I bought Varilux comfort Short NE 1.5, manufactured 02/01/2014. The Frame earpiece shows: 53 – 17 – 145 opal, the frame itself is black and the earpieces have a dark blue inlay inside at the end. I include 2 fotos which might help to identify the frame. It’s the left earpiece that is broken.
