JDU administrators now have the ability to record the financials of a scheduled offering directly from the scheduled offering screen. The “Record Learning” link is now available under Actions on every scheduled offering.
Users can select this link, and then follow the prompts to record the offering to a student’s transcript and initiate the billing process. Once the learning has been recorded, users must then complete the process of closing the scheduled offering by selecting the “Close the Scheduled Offering” link.
This enhancement now provides users with the ease of facilitating both actions directly from one screen.
