(1) Are there guidelines on pre-approval for entertainment or meeting expenses?
(2) Are the guidelines complied with?
(1) Are entertainment expenses incurred in accordance with the established guidelines? (e.g. types of expenses, amount allowed, whom to entertain to, etc)
(2) Are the guidelines and authorization rule complied with?
Before spending entertainment or meeting expenses, user have to get approval from authorized person first (complete part (A) in application form) and then declare the actual spending after finish activities by submission of application attached with evidence (Receipt) to Corporate Administration Dept.
All entertainment transactions will be observed and monitored by Corporate Administration Dept. Excessive or unsuitable entertainment by this policy will be rejected.
