The percentage of them I think a number of times in the sales of
each month.
You can see yellow colour is Back order of OEM, red colour is Back order
of Service part and Purple colour is the evaluation of TYM
You can see that the Back order evaluation results don't match.
Because I can negotiate with customer about score of back order, but
customer not accept 100%
