EXECUTIVE - FRONTLINE OPERATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the smooth running of the day to day operations of the branch & resolve all operational related issue.
To handle and authorize all banking operations / transactions within the authorized limit cash related transactions in the branch including over-the-counter deposits and withdrawals, FOREX, money changing, money orders and traveler’s cheques, cheques encashment, loan repayment, utilities bills payment & etc.
To lead a professional and result oriented operations to achieve the Bank’s established profitability goals and objectives. To ensure accurate banking transactions records. Report to management & assist to resolve all operations / banking transactions related issue including suspicious transactions & fraud cases.
Attend to all customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers’ satisfaction.
Attend to customers’ needs and queries on the Bank’s products and services.
Assist the BM/ ABM to ensure there are safe and sound operational policies and procedures adopted across all operational functions & monitor the premise security.
Supervising and ensuring proper and smooth running of the operational activities including reviewing and streamlining the operational workflow and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
To prepare / compile all operations related report within submission timeline for internal & external submission.
Promote / cross selling of various products and services of the Bank.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor degree in Banking/Finance or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years related working experience in banking operations
Banking operations & administration knowledge.
Understanding of banking products, services, transactions and delivery channels.
Supervising and management skill
Negotiation and problem solving skill
Customer service and cross selling skill
Good written and verbal communication skills both Lao and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
