You’re correct, we have to exit first.
At the moment, during order entries, MOVEX doesn’t know whether “Customer service” already complete entering the order line or not.
(there is possibility, we still edit the quantity, delete lines, add another lines, etc).
And once we exit, then MOVEX will assume we are done with customer order.
And MOVEX start to check the step quantity discount.
It is the same practice we have here in ANZ too.
