Referred to the meeting today,I would like to thanks you all for your contribution to make Domestic score positive as +36%. However, there are 24 customers that rated us lower or equal to 5 for your
following up and strengthen the relationship as below :-
What to do :
1) Pls refer to your area under column Z, then review negative score 'Lower' or 'Much Lower' under column M-V, and follow by negative comments on column Y.
2) The main objective is to clarify and understand the customer's feedback and identify the gap of improvement (Although we can not fix all cases, we are listening to VOC.
Then put your action into column AQ in English.
3) The sales person in charge can use the data for reference in further building business relationship.
4) Return your input to my attention by 26th April 2016. Later on, we will consolidate and submit to the Global Team.
