Preheat the oven to 220°. Roll out the dough to 3mm. thick.Transfer to a 23cm. flan tart pan. Trim and flute the edges. Prick the base. Line with baking parchment and fill with baking beans. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the paper and beans, reduce the heat to 180°c and bake for a further 10-15 minutes until brown.
