Order Cancellation:
At MLTD we strive to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped within one business day of the time they are placed. Delays may occur if we have problems filling an order completely, in which case we will contact you by phone (US Orders) and/or email (International Orders).
Returning an Order:
All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the packages arrival. Returned items must be in like-new condition and not worn nor washed. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label. All returns must include a note that states clearly the order number (found on the invoice that was emailed to the customer when the order was placed) and the requested action, refund or exchange. If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for standard first class (or air mail) shipping only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to the customer when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund. All shoe returns must come with the original shoe box.
Returned shoes will NOT be accepted if the original shoe box has been used as packaging or is damaged in any way.
When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid (Credit Card/ Paypal/ Google Checkout/ Check). These refunds will appear on your account within one week of our processing the returned package.
