In accordance with our “Conditions of Employee”, of which you have received a copy, you will during the first 119 days of your employment serve on probation.
It is understood that the probationary period is for the purpose of considering whether or not you are suitable in all respects for permanent employment. During the period of probation your employment can be terminate at any time by either party by giving on salary payment notice but without severance pay, except that if the company terminates your employment when you have been working continuously for 120 day, you will then be entitled to severance pay as stipulated by law.
Towards the end of the period of probation, you will be notified in wiring whether or not you are confirmed in your employment and, in the affirmative, of the terms on which you will be employed.
Please sing and return the attached duplicate copy of this letter in token of your acceptance of the terms of your employment.
