Asst.Mgr./Sup. shall have good listening skill. Asst.Mgr./Sup. can catch the key point which the speaker wants to communicate, for example, the customer needs, in order to respond properly and correctly, to gain the customer satisfaction. Asst.Mgr./Sup. shall create good communication system, which are the two-way communication, by re-check the mutual understanding. Asst.Mgr./Sup. shall prevent the communication error which will impact the customer satisfaction, for example, hotel confirmation status, payment status, etc.
