As per the RSE Sales Effectiveness Programme and sponsored by the RSE Sales Leadership, We are now seeking to ensure all our respective sales people are fully trained and accredited in all three of the core Linde Pro Sales Modules - Sales Process , Pricing , BCP Contracts and their respective managers in coaching .
This training and accreditation is mandatory and will be critical saleforce.com migrations and expectations in the future .
We have extensively reviewed previous training's and accreditations and have now developed a list of sales people /applications sales who require training and accreditation in the modules, also we have identified some individuals in marketing and product mgt roles who will benefit from awareness of Linde Pro and how it enables sales teams in the field.
The Linde Thailand Linde Pro trainers will be conducting the workshops on November 24th and 25th, and your respective sales team members will receive an invitation for each module they are required to attend.
Any sales person who has previously been accredited has been exempted as key focus on those new /existing non trained/ accredited sales people.
Please can you ensure the agreed sales teams attend these modules as it has been agreed that all sales teams must be trained this year with full accreditation by Feb next year.
We will ensure all sales managers have a full list of attendees and current training/accreditation status for ongoing reference .
