We all get hungry, and we all need to get. But maybe you can come up with ways to choose differently. For example, the next time you get the empty feeling in the pit of your stomach, pause for a moment before reaching for the convenient bag of chips.Try almonds, cashews or peanuts. Do you need something sweet? Grab a bag of grapes or a banana. Maybe you crave something crunchy. An apple will do the trick.
