Own KPI’s that deliver targeted improvement to current e commerce operations
Take care and make sure that daily operation run smoothly and correctly (orders, delivery, daily issues, etc…) in terms of operation infrastructure
Use innovation, collaboration and technical skills to improve system and operation
Identify new opportunities for operation improvement and prioritize projects for the highest impact to the customer and operation performance
Use technical data and statistical tools to baseline current performance of operation services and server and establish root causes of operation failure to fix
Create and maintain internal documentation to ensure those changes are sustained
Coordinate and support Third parties in terms of operation and technical information for project implementation, ecommerce operation and general issues
